Electronic Engineer graduated in 1971 from the Engineering School of the Rio de Janeiro Federal University. More than 20 years of professional experience in: management of engineering, installation, operation and maintainance of telecommunication networks and customer care; energy efficiency studies, projects and programs implementation both in the human and technical areas; and social development project design, funding and evaluation. Recent activities: Funding projects for Asylo Espírita João Evangelista, Rio - RJ (2004); Associação de Amparo aos Idosos Carentes do Município de Sapucaia, Anta – RJ (2005) and Associação Pestalozzi de Petrópolis, Petrópolis, RJ (2005). Specialization course on Management of Social Initiatives - GIS from SESI-UFRJ-COPPE, MSA - Master in Social Administration with the monograph Cost Effectiveness Analysis with the HP-12C.
